Welcome to GarageIQ.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GarageIQ application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GarageIQ.
GarageIQ helps you manage vehicles and records, connect with other car people (feed, friends, messages, garage sharing), and optionally subscribe to Premium for insights, document tools, and AI features. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (including Google sign-in if you use it) and for all activity under your account. GarageIQ is not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to protect your credentials.
By uploading documents, images, posts, comments, or other content, you represent that you have the rights to do so. You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise violates others’ rights. Social content and limited garage information may be visible to other signed-in users as described in the Privacy Policy. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid Premium plans are billed through Stripe. Prices and billing intervals are shown in the app at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once charged. You can cancel renewal through the Stripe customer portal or in-app cancel flow; access typically continues through the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply. We may change Premium pricing or features with notice in the app where practical.
Recommendations, extractions, predictions, or summaries from AI features are for informational purposes only and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not professional mechanical, legal, or financial advice. Always verify important decisions with a qualified professional.
GarageIQ is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GarageIQ and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account in Profile. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms GarageIQ or its users.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
